The weaves subject becomes empowered with a volatile strength and uncanny deftness. These are not without tradeoffs, however. The target becomes becomes distracted and has trouble concentrating. As such, she suffers a penalty to any checks that reqire mental effort (skills based on Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma). These penalties remain even after the positive effects of the weave have ended. The penalties last 1d10 + casting level minutes after the weave has ended.
