Half Weave

You may half weave a weave, effectively readying it.

Prerequisite: Wisdom 13+, Multiweave

Benefit: By halfway weaving the weave, you basically ready it. The difference is that after, you may go on to ready another weave. This weave must be an instantaneous Casting Time weave. Using this feat requires a full round action. If you take damage while holding a Half Weave, you must make a concentration check DC 20 + damage taken. Using a weave this way draws attacks of opportunity both when you ready it and when you cast it. The weave stays half woven until it is cast. This weave takes up your extra weave slot from multiweave, therefore you may only ready a number of weaves you are able to cast. Unless you have double weave, you may only finish one half weave per round(Acts like attacks of opportunity without combat reflexes). Having double weave allows you to ready more then one weave in this fashion per round, but requires a concentration check 20 + 5 per weave beyond the first readied in one round. Also, each consectutive half weave readied beyond the first require a concentration check DC 20 + 5 per weave beyond the first. Failure of either means all half weaves are lost. Last, this feat adds +1 casting level to every weave readied in this way

To Use: Rand Al’Thor with Multiweave x2, Double weave, and Half weave decides on .his first action to half weave 2 Slice Weaves centered on the male wilder he is facing. Each weave requires a 5th level weave slot to cast in this way(slice weave 3rd level, +1 level for double weave, +1 level for half weave). Requiring a concentration check DC 25, he makes it with a 31. The wilder weaves a fireball but Rand uses one of his half weaves to slice it. Rand then decided to half weave a fireball and a lightning to fall on the wilder should he try to cast again. Both of these Weaves are cast at 7th level(5th level weave, +1 for double, +1 for half)This requires concentration check DC 30 (20 + 5 for each beyond the first) He only gets a 24 and fails, losing all his half weaves.

Special: Without half weave, a channeler may only ready one weave during any round, no matter whether or not she has multiweave or double weave. With enough multiweaves, double weaves and concentration, this feat can make a channeler horribly deadly.


Malleable Shield

Your Shield weaves stretches so that others cannot break free.

Prerequisite: Talent Warding, Must know the weave Shield.

Benefit: As long as you concentrate on the shield weave (can not Tie-off), the target can not try to break free.


Power-Heightened Resistance

When you embrace the One Power, you become more resistant to other’s weaves.

Prerequisite: Base Will Save 5+

Benefit: When you are embracing the One Power, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus on Fort, Ref, and Will Saves to resist weaves.


Quick Embrace

You have learned to embrace the One Power quicker than other channelers

Prerequisite: Wisdom 13+

Benefit: You may embrace the One Power as a move-equivalent action instead of a full-round action.
